What you will do

• Develop and transfer scalable microelectronic packaging assembly processes into manufacturing.
• Perform experiments to establish robust processes and monitor yield issues.
• Define equipment needs, tooling, and metrology requirements for high-volume production.
• Execute equipment qualifications (IQ) and process validations (OQ/PQ).
• Apply statistical methods to design experiments and implement process improvements.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with quality system regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 0+ years of experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Experience with statistical process control and data analysis tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot automated equipment and metrology tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing process development and transfer.

Nice to have

• Experience in microelectronics packaging (pick and place, solder print, reflow, etc.).
• Lean Sigma or Green/Black Belt certification.
• Knowledge of DRM/DFSS and statistical software like Minitab or JMP.
• Hands-on experience running and programming automated equipment.
