What you will do

• Develop comprehensive qualification plans for Connectivity and Switch products in collaboration with customers.
• Perform technical risk assessments and NPI requirements planning with Business Unit and Operations teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent product reliability qualifications from planning through execution, debug, and closure.
• Analyze stress and readpoint data to evaluate reliability performance across Logic, Memory, and Analog Core IPs.
• Conduct 8D troubleshooting and root cause analysis of qualification failures to improve product reliability.
• Author final qualification reports and develop reliability monitoring programs to establish MTBF and FIT rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (3+ years exp) or Master's/PhD (2+ years exp).
• Experience with semiconductor stress testing methodologies in accordance with JEDEC standards (HTOL, HAST, HTS, TC, ESD, Latch-Up).
• Proven ability to independently manage complex, multi-site qualification programs from initiation through closure.
• Familiarity with 8D methodology or structured root cause analysis for failure investigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating customer-facing qualification reports.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with advanced CMOS nodes and high-power products.
• Experience developing and monitoring reliability metrics including MTBF and FIT rate calculations.
• Prior experience in program management.
• Exposure to Smartsheet, PowerBI or similar tools.
