What you will do

• Own the product lifecycle from design, development, and qualification to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Analyze issue data, conduct feasibility studies, and perform acceptance tests for new products.
• Lead path-finding initiatives to break key technical barriers and enable the product roadmap.
• Manage a high-performance team to deliver application-level solutions for customer production issues.
• Oversee the Tachyon product family and drive continuous end-to-end performance enhancement.
• Explore industry trends and business opportunities to develop holistic, integrated product solutions.

Requirements

• M.S. or higher in electrical engineering, physics, chemical engineering, IC manufacturing, or related field.
• Over 15 years of experience in semiconductor computational lithography applications.
• Expertise in OPC recipe tuning, OPC tape-out flow, and Inverse Lithography Technology (ILT).
• Knowledge of Advanced DUV process and NXE/EXE scanners, including Fourier optics and EM theory.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology according to US Export Administration Regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working in a multi-cultural environment.
