What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of Photonic ICs, including architecture, routing, and physical design.
• Develop schematic capture and modeling for photonic circuits.
• Collaborate with analog, digital, and packaging teams to ensure product specifications and integration requirements are met.
• Contribute to the design of Silicon Photonic devices and subsystems for the company's PDK.
• Perform data analysis to validate design performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 10-15 years of experience, or Master’s/PhD with 5-10 years of experience.
• Strong experience with complete Silicon Photonics PIC development, including architecture and link-budget development.
• Proficiency in modeling photonic circuits and simulation tools like Lumerical, Photon Design, or RSoft.
• Experience with physical design/layout tools such as Cadence or Synopsis.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
