What you will do

• Architect and scale the executive protection program as a proactive corporate function.
• Convert threat intelligence into data-backed operational capacity plans for staffing and assets.
• Develop domestic and international travel operational frameworks and secure-transport playbooks.
• Manage the protective services budget, including cost-benefit analyses and annual planning.
• Lead sourcing, RFP processes, and management of global third-party security vendors.
• Partner with Legal, PR, and IT to integrate protective operations into daily corporate workflows.

Requirements

• Experience combining management consulting or business operations with physical security or executive protection.
• Proven track record of building operations programs from scratch in fluid environments.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet modeling for capacity and budget planning.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive data with absolute confidentiality and discretion.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of relevant experience in high-growth tech or frontier research.
• Experience establishing risk management programs in new countries or offices.
• Background in corporate threat management (WPV) or military/government operations planning.
• Knowledge of SEC perquisite disclosure and IRS security regulations.
