Location: Hybrid: Must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (at least 25% office presence)

Salary: $240,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do

• Research, source, and close strategic collaborations across the security ecosystem.
• Serve as the internal domain expert on security partnerships for research and product leadership.
• Map the sector and prioritize high-impact organizations for engagement.
• Drive partnerships through R&D, IT, legal, compliance, and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with partner engineering teams to ensure high-quality platform integrations.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to structure partnerships that are compliant and deliverable.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the security industry (partnerships, BD, or alliances).
• Deep familiarity with SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, identity, cloud security, or GRC.
• Proven track record of landing complex, multi-stakeholder security partnerships.
• Technical fluency in security workflows and AI/ML.
• Fluency in regulatory and compliance environments (SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to translate needs across business and engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience building or operating an ecosystem program or developer community in security.
• Existing network across SIEM, EDR, identity, cloud security, and AI-native security startups.
