Location: Must be based in Brossard, Quebec, Canada (Hybrid role, 80% travel required).

Salary: $81,600 – $115,200 CAD

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with automotive dealer partners.
  • Execute business development strategies to meet or exceed retail and wholesale volume targets.
  • Gather and document market intelligence, competitive preferences, and dealer data in CRM.
  • Provide consultative service regarding special finance market applications and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal credit and funding teams to resolve dealer issues and optimize service levels.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to deploy products and provide training.

Requirements

  • Full bilingual proficiency (French/English) is required.
  • Post-secondary education (University Degree or College Diploma) or equivalent experience in Finance, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Demonstrated experience in consumer finance and business development.
  • Must be on the road at least 80% of the time with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Strong achievement motivation and ability to meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
