What you will do

  • Sell individual travel insurance products via inbound calls, outbound leads, and email interactions.
  • Assess customer needs to recommend the most suitable insurance products.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospects using a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage and document sales activities and pipeline progress within a CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Adhere to fiduciary responsibilities as a licensed insurance advisor.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
  • Must be based in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, or Ontario.
  • Ability to obtain Accident & Sickness license within 2 weeks and Provincial Life license within 6 months.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to nurture client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
