What you will do
- Sell individual travel insurance products via inbound calls, outbound leads, and email interactions.
- Assess customer needs to recommend the most suitable insurance products.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospects using a consultative sales approach.
- Manage and document sales activities and pipeline progress within a CRM system.
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Adhere to fiduciary responsibilities as a licensed insurance advisor.
Requirements
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
- Must be based in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, or Ontario.
- Ability to obtain Accident & Sickness license within 2 weeks and Provincial Life license within 6 months.
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to nurture client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
