What you will do

• Develop and maintain business relationships to retain clients and maximize sales opportunities and referrals.
• Meet assigned sales targets for individual life, living benefits, and health products.
• Conduct plan and benefit reviews for new and existing clients, providing guidance on health and life solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to execute the organization's sales strategies.
• Respond to client questions, handle outbound follow-ups, and resolve post-sale service issues.
• Manage day-to-day administration and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of insurance solutions.

Requirements

• Active Life and Sickness & Accident Insurance License.
• Minimum one year of experience selling Individual Insurance Products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• English: Written and verbal proficiency required to serve customers and internal stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Québec, Prince Edward Island, or Ontario.

Nice to have

• GBA or CEBS designation or other relevant industry courses.
• Post-secondary education in business or marketing.
• Bilingualism (English and French).
