TL;DR
Sales Representative (Summits Division): Driving new business and managing client relationships for global executive events with an accent on proactive prospecting and strategic outreach. Location: Must be based in Pointe-Claire (West Island office)
Compensation: CAD 58,000–CAD 89,000 earnings potential in the first year.

What you will do
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Execute 100 daily outbound cold and warm calls to prospective clients.
- Develop and launch strategic email campaigns to drive engagement.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships within the Summits Division.
- Set and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with a Sales Mentor to refine outreach strategies and sales processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Fundamental grasp of sales principles and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work in-person at the West Island office.
- Proven track record of exceeding performance goals.
