Location: Hybrid in Burlington, ON (Required to be in office 2 days per week: Monday and Tuesday)
Salary: $120,000–$129,000 yearly

What you will do
- Develop and execute national and regional product sales strategies in collaboration with agents.
- Collaborate with contractors and wholesalers to promote compliance-based product adoption and training.
- Build long-term customer relationships and strengthen the company's industry image.
- Direct daily sales operations, including CRM, inventory planning, pricing strategy, and channel conflict resolution.
- Manage a portfolio of mature product lines and support the launch of smart, connected solutions.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the product line.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably within plumbing wholesale or manufacturing.
- Proven business development skills with a track record of driving growth.
- Strong understanding of the Plumbing Wholesale Channel and the role of the Contractor.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, compliance requirements, and backflow prevention standards.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including travel within Canada, to the US, and internationally.
