GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist (B2B SaaS): Own end-to-end global GTM hiring projects for Sales & Marketing teams with an accent on quality assessment, structured interviews, and pipeline management. Focus on co-designing assessment processes, partnering with sourcing teams, evaluating candidates, and delivering excellent experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
Location: Fully remote within Ukraine with flexible schedule.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end global GTM hiring projects as TA Specialist and project manager.
- Co-design assessment processes including scorecards, interview plans, and evaluation tools.
- Maintain analytics on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and quality signals to improve outcomes.
- Partner with sourcing team to build pipelines and engage top talent.
- Evaluate candidates' competencies and values fit via screening calls and structured interviews.
- Deliver excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years in global full-cycle recruitment with end-to-end hiring ownership
- Experience hiring GTM roles (SDR, BDM/AE, CSM) in B2B SaaS
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
- Focus on hiring quality with structured assessment approach
- Strong commitment to candidate experience and high hiring standards
- Comfortable in KPI-driven environment with high autonomy
- Data-driven mindset for tracking metrics and improving outcomes
- Stakeholder management to advise hiring managers and influence decisions
