hirify.global is a fast-growing SaaS company helping businesses centralize and simplify IT operations and employee support workflows.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain high-quality prospecting lists across European markets using custom ICP logic.
  • Design and own the outbound tech stack, including enrichment pipelines and automation flows in Clay and n8n.
  • Map the total addressable market (TAM) to identify new demand pockets and untapped segments.
  • Implement and document workflows for enrichment automation and CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to translate market observations into actionable targeting decisions.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and enrich CRM records with key intent and tech signals in HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS GTM.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
  • English: Required; German, Italian, or Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, ops, or revenue marketing.
  • Background in data analysis, market research, or business intelligence.
  • Experience in multi-market or multilingual GTM environments.
