What you will do

  • Engage potential clients to position Smart Trac as a leading solution for asset monitoring and maintenance.
  • Conduct detailed technical product demonstrations highlighting the ROI and technical advantages of the platform.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage the sales pipeline and track client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to client-specific requirements.
  • Provide technical consultations and respond to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Gather client feedback to support continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in IoT or asset monitoring sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex technological solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and close sales.
