What you will do

  • Own and drive revenue growth across the Americas region.
  • Define and execute go-to-market and expansion strategies.
  • Build and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team.
  • Partner with the team to shape and close strategic deals.
  • Develop and expand channel partnerships to drive measurable growth.
  • Establish operating rigor across pipeline, forecasting, and performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales leadership, managing recurring revenue >$100M/year.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue in high-growth environments.
  • Experience in SaaS, platform, or infrastructure-driven businesses.
  • Experience with partner-led and channel sales models.
  • Strong ability to coach teams and contribute directly to closing complex deals.
  • Ability to operate effectively across distributed teams and markets.
