What you will do
- Own and drive revenue growth across the Americas region.
- Define and execute go-to-market and expansion strategies.
- Build and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team.
- Partner with the team to shape and close strategic deals.
- Develop and expand channel partnerships to drive measurable growth.
- Establish operating rigor across pipeline, forecasting, and performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales leadership, managing recurring revenue >$100M/year.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue in high-growth environments.
- Experience in SaaS, platform, or infrastructure-driven businesses.
- Experience with partner-led and channel sales models.
- Strong ability to coach teams and contribute directly to closing complex deals.
- Ability to operate effectively across distributed teams and markets.
