TL;DR

Focus on translating caregiver insights into scalable workflows, leading the Patient Family Advocacy Council, and partnering with clinical and product teams to enhance support for families with complex medical needs.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $75,000 - $110,000

What you will do

  • Own and improve caregiver experience outcomes, specifically focusing on NPS trends.
  • Translate qualitative caregiver feedback into actionable operational standards and workflows.
  • Define and maintain consistency across key caregiver touchpoints to reduce variability.
  • Lead the Patient Family Advocacy Council (PFAC) and peer-to-peer support programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including clinical, operations, and product to implement experience improvements.
  • Measure and report on key indicators of trust, engagement, and satisfaction to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in operations, customer experience, or service delivery.
  • Proven experience working with Medicaid families and caregivers.
  • Demonstrated track record of improving customer or patient experience metrics.
  • Strong ability to translate qualitative insights into operational change.
  • Experience building and scaling processes in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Experience working in healthcare or value-based care environments.
