What you will do
- Define and lead the DS/PH innovation strategy aligned with regional and global priorities to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Drive portfolio and lifecycle management to maximize growth, margin, and differentiation.
- Sponsor strategic innovation projects from ideation through development and commercialization.
- Partner with commercial teams and key accounts to support complex negotiations and customized value propositions.
- Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, ensuring strong performance and clear account strategies.
- Prepare and present business cases, roadmaps, and strategic updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Dietary Supplements, Pharma, ingredients, nutrition, or related fields.
- Proven track record in innovation, business development, portfolio management, or strategic marketing.
- Experience working in matrixed and multicultural environments with global stakeholders.
- Experience in people management and business strategy, including visibility into profitability and pricing.
- Strong understanding of DS/PH regulatory dynamics and product development processes.
- Strong analytical capability for opportunity assessment and strategic prioritization.
