Responsive and agile full-service CRO delivering studies from first-in-man through to Phase III, focused on small and mid-size drug developers in oncology, rare diseases, and anti-infectives.

What you will do

  • Identify clinical trial opportunities in target markets complementing core competencies and develop strategic sales plans for market penetration.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet individual and group revenue targets.
  • Lead strategy development for opportunities, collaborating with internal teams on RFIs, proposals, budgets, and bid defenses.
  • Manage key client relationships and provide sales mentorship to business development team.
  • Act as brand ambassador at global conferences and share industry insights internally.
  • Deliver accurate sales reporting and support commercial leadership as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Life Sciences or Business Studies or equivalent
  • Proven business development experience selling CRO services
  • Track record of meeting and overachieving sales targets
  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships, especially with biotech and mid-cap pharma
  • Experienced CRM user with strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Nice to have

  • Masters/PhD or equivalent
  • Experience in oncology, rare diseases, anti-infectives/vaccines
  • Previous work in medium/large CROs
  • Fluent in another European language
