Salary: $92,000 - $128,000 USD

What you will do
- Assume primary lead for clients, manage business opportunities, develop agendas, presentations, project briefs, and status reports.
- Lead client calls with LMR, faculty, and content experts; provide direction to support teams on project management.
- Function as internal team leader, mentor junior account executives, conduct performance reviews, and set goals.
- Identify market opportunities and organic growth; develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations.
- Monitor budgets, ensure quality control, adhere to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines.
- Contribute ideas for tactical planning and attend internal meetings to discuss project status.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
- At least 3 years in an Account role within pharmaceutical/medical communications company; daily client-facing and MLR experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel 10-15%.
