Location: Remote, United States. Ability to travel 10-15% depending on clients’ needs (currently limited to Chicago suburban area).

What you will do

  • Assume primary lead for clients, manage business opportunities, develop agendas, presentations, project briefs, and status reports.
  • Lead client calls with LMR, faculty, and content experts; provide direction to support teams on project management.
  • Function as internal team leader, mentor junior account executives, conduct performance reviews, and set goals.
  • Identify market opportunities and organic growth; develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor budgets, ensure quality control, adhere to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines.
  • Contribute ideas for tactical planning and attend internal meetings to discuss project status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years in an Account role within pharmaceutical/medical communications company; daily client-facing and MLR experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel 10-15%.
