What you will do

  • Own enterprise revenue performance end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Lead and scale a multi-regional enterprise sales organization by managing Enterprise Sales Directors.
  • Define and evolve enterprise go-to-market strategy, account segmentation, and pricing posture.
  • Establish enterprise-grade operating cadence for deal governance, pipeline inspection, and executive escalation.
  • Partner with Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to align selling motions with product capabilities.
  • Drive consistent improvement in metrics such as deal size, win rates, and forecast reliability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive enterprise sales leadership experience leading directors and second-line organizations.
  • 12+ years of quota-carrying experience selling complex, high-value B2B or industrial solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing and scaling multi-year, multi-site enterprise deals with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Deep experience selling into large industrial, manufacturing, or asset-intensive enterprises.
  • Expert-level understanding of account-based selling and long-range revenue planning.
  • Must be based in Atlanta, GA, USA.
