What you will do

  • Lead and scale the AMER regional sales organization to ensure strong and consistent quota attainment.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies in collaboration with the CBO and cross-functional partners.
  • Implement initiatives to accelerate new business generation, improve customer retention, and drive expansion revenue.
  • Hire, develop, and retain an exceptional group of sales leaders.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align offerings with customer insights and optimize lead flow.
  • Manage scalable forecasting across various sales cycles and engage directly with strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in the HR Tech industry and extensive B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of leading layered management teams in high-growth startup environments.
  • Demonstrated success building sales teams specifically within the AMER region.
  • Ability to design and execute a business plan to achieve revenue goals and align cross-functionally.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong command of sales operations, including territory mapping and pipeline hygiene.
