What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives to own regional revenue performance.
- Drive disciplined pipeline generation by coaching AEs on outbound strategy and qualification rigor.
- Lead complex deal strategy and executive-level negotiations to close high-impact opportunities.
- Own hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the regional sales team.
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Customer teams to help industrial clients modernize reliability operations.
- Strategically plan and evolve territories and account coverage to maximize scalability.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA (implied by 401k and US-specific benefits).
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing quota-carrying sales teams.
- 4+ years of consistent quota attainment selling complex B2B solutions to strategic accounts.
- Engineering background or deep domain experience selling into industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Fluency in CRM-driven selling, preferably with HubSpot.
- Executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
