What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing for the Amper solution.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and consultative discovery conversations.
• Proactively generate outbound opportunities and follow up on inbound leads within the assigned territory.
• Meet and exceed assigned revenue and sales quota targets.
• Partner with sales management to execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM updates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of net-new B2B sales experience in MES, ERP, SaaS, or related manufacturing technologies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative environment.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, challenges, and business needs.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and trade shows.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
