What you will do
- Set and execute regional mid-market sales strategy to drive predictable revenue growth.
- Lead and scale a high-performing sales organization by coaching Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives.
- Own regional talent planning, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Establish executive-level relationships with key mid-market customers to support expansion and long-term account value.
- Design and refine territory structures, account segmentation, and coverage models to maximize regional scale.
- Ensure outbound sales activities comply with regional regulations, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading and coaching quota-carrying sales teams in a mid-market or high-velocity environment.
- 6+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B sales with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Engineering background or significant experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or asset-intensive organizations.
- Strong operational leadership skills in optimizing territory models and scalable sales motions.
- Fluency in CRM-driven sales management, preferably with HubSpot.
- Must be based in or legally authorized to work in Canada.
