TL;DR

Manager, Strategic Account Management (Medtech): Driving long-term client success and product adoption for a generative AI-powered health platform with an accent on measurable ROI and strategic account growth. Location: Remote (US). Willingness to travel at least 30%, including overnight travel.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute client value plans aligned to business goals, KPIs, and ROI commitments.
  • Drive product adoption and utilization across the hirify.global product suite to ensure long-term client health.
  • Analyze engagement patterns and claims trends to synthesize data-backed strategic narratives for executives.
  • Build multi-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders to foster advocacy and secure references.
  • Lead end-to-end renewal and expansion strategies, identifying whitespace for multi-year deals.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, and Marketing teams to align client roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Account Executive, Client Success, or Strategic Account roles.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Health Plans, PBMs, benefits, or employer healthcare required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving retention and revenue growth in large-market environments.
  • Ability to interpret financial and clinical data to forecast risks and opportunities.
  • Must be based in the US.
