What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic, high-stakes national healthcare provider organizations.
• Lead complex clinical workflow overhauls and process redesigns across multiple service lines.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align the AI roadmap with enterprise client needs.
• Act as a mentor to the Client Success team, establishing best-in-class operational standards.
• Navigate executive-level conversations to drive system-wide change and tool adoption.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create training collateral and engagement strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or client-facing roles at workflow-oriented SaaS companies.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of managing relationships across all levels of hospital organizations.
• Ability to translate AI solutions into meaningful operational impact for clients.
• Familiarity with EHR systems.
• Ability to travel up to 30-40% nationwide.
