TL;DR
Implementation Consultant (SaaS): Driving client onboarding and adoption of the platform with an accent on project management and technical expertise. Focus on managing complex implementation projects, executing data migrations from legacy systems, and aligning customer workflows with platform capabilities.
Location: Remote (Canada). Must currently reside in and be legally authorized to work full-time in Canada. This position requires travel 1–3 times per quarter for a few days at a time.
Salary: 75,000 - 95,000 CAD per year

What you will do
- Manage implementation projects and client onboarding from initiation to completion, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Lead all aspects of implementation, including onboarding training, solution configuration, and data migration.
- Review and map complex customer data sets from various legacy systems and validate data integrity.
- Conduct workshops to understand operational needs and facilitate technical requirement gathering for the product team.
- Develop detailed project plans and resource forecasting to optimize delivery and meet customer goals.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless transition and long-term satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing implementation or project management role within a SaaS environment.
- Must currently reside in and be legally authorized to work full-time in Canada.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive approach to mitigating churn and driving adoption.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at simplifying complex technical issues.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
