TL;DR

Location: East Coast USA (Remote)

Salary: $80-95k base

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle integration projects with clients and partners, including testing and ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot complex data exchange issues using platform database knowledge.
  • Manage project plans, scope, timelines, and risks to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Serve as primary technical contact for clients on integrations.
  • Build relationships with third-party vendors for data operations.
  • Document projects, specifications, and processes comprehensively.
  • Consult sales and customer success on integration strategies and presales.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Technical Project Management, Integrations Specialist, or Technical Consulting, preferably B2B SaaS or retail tech
  • Proven experience managing data integrations with ERPs, PLM, POS systems
  • Experience with complex data in relational databases and data structures
  • Basic knowledge of API, Flat File, and FTP servers
  • Strong client-facing communication skills for technical topics
