What you will do

• Lead the implementation of cloud-based accounts payable automation solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers throughout their implementation journey.
• Guide customers through technical integration processes and provide expert problem-solving.
• Manage project timelines, tasks, and development efforts to ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to the internal knowledge base to empower colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven start-up environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience integrating with ERP applications such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Intacct.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Procurement processes.
• Ability to read and debug web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API calls.
