What you will do

  • Own product positioning and messaging from ICP definition to value proposition validation.
  • Lead win/loss analysis by interviewing customers and sales teams to drive competitive differentiation.
  • Develop sales enablement assets including battlecards, pitch decks, and objection handling guides.
  • Partner with Product and Sales leadership to execute end-to-end product launches and ensure sales readiness.
  • Identify deal-cycle bottlenecks and create targeted content to improve conversion rates.
  • Refine ICP definitions based on closed-won/lost data to optimize demand generation and sales targeting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing with a focus on sales enablement or competitive intelligence.
  • Strong proficiency in both Portuguese and English for complex technical communication.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end product launches and cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience running win/loss programs and translating insights into actionable GTM strategies.
  • Deep understanding of sales workflows and deal cycles.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

  • Background in industrial tech, IoT, or maintenance.
  • Experience in North American or Mexican markets.
  • Familiarity with sales intelligence tools like Gong or Salesforce.
  • Exposure to product-led or usage-based GTM motions.
