What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for the Aesthetics segment, analyzing buyer personas, workflows, and value drivers.
• Own segment-specific positioning and messaging to ensure sales narratives resonate with buyer needs and outcomes.
• Partner with product teams to integrate Aesthetics-specific requirements into product launches and GTM strategies.
• Develop high-quality sales enablement assets, including talk tracks, proof points, and buyer-centric materials.
• Manage win/loss analysis for the segment to continuously refine messaging and enablement effectiveness.
• Monitor competitive trends and market shifts to inform commercial strategy and positioning.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product marketing experience.
• Proven experience working within a SaaS company.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong written and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales and Sales Enablement teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare technology sector.
• Knowledge of Aesthetics, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery markets.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
• Product Marketing Alliance Certification.
