What you will do

  • Develop and execute the national GTM strategy for Brazil to achieve revenue and MQL targets.
  • Localize global "Campaigns-in-a-Box" and thematic programs for the Brazilian regulatory and buyer landscape.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel demand generation including digital, SEO/SEM, paid media, social, and webinars.
  • Lead and coach a Brazil-based marketing team, defining KPIs and growth paths.
  • Act as the Regional Theme Lead for HSE/HSW, shaping content and messaging across the Americas.
  • Manage the Brazilian marketing budget and oversee external creative and media vendors.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services or regulated industries.
  • Proven track record in demand generation and creating pipeline/revenue in complex B2B environments.
  • Strong command of Portuguese and English (verbal and written).
  • Expertise in the Brazilian market, including buyer behavior and regulatory nuances.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, and Workfront.
  • Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Knowledge of Spanish or French.
  • Familiarity with ISO, assurance, training, or compliance services.
