What you will do
- Develop and execute the national GTM strategy for Brazil to achieve revenue and MQL targets.
- Localize global "Campaigns-in-a-Box" and thematic programs for the Brazilian regulatory and buyer landscape.
- Orchestrate multi-channel demand generation including digital, SEO/SEM, paid media, social, and webinars.
- Lead and coach a Brazil-based marketing team, defining KPIs and growth paths.
- Act as the Regional Theme Lead for HSE/HSW, shaping content and messaging across the Americas.
- Manage the Brazilian marketing budget and oversee external creative and media vendors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services or regulated industries.
- Proven track record in demand generation and creating pipeline/revenue in complex B2B environments.
- Strong command of Portuguese and English (verbal and written).
- Expertise in the Brazilian market, including buyer behavior and regulatory nuances.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, and Workfront.
- Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Knowledge of Spanish or French.
- Familiarity with ISO, assurance, training, or compliance services.
