What you will do

• Plan and execute enablement initiatives for new feature launches.
• Translate technical specifications into clear narratives and actionable materials.
• Produce end-to-end content including launch videos, guided demos, and FAQs.
• Maintain a repository of enablement assets and define quality standards.
• Support internal communication to ensure customer-facing teams understand feature value.
• Measure asset effectiveness to drive product usage and adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product enablement, customer education, or product marketing.
• Strong experience explaining SaaS functionality to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on production skills including scripting, screen recording, and video editing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple launch timelines and priorities.
• Self-starter with the ability to deliver projects with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience with feature prototyping in Figma.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in video production tools like Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or Screen Studio.
• Experience creating in-app onboarding flows using Intercom or similar platforms.
