Growth Product Manager (SaaS)

TL;DR

Growth Product Manager (SaaS/Edtech): Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve growth funnel for self-service platform empowering creator-educators with an accent on acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention. Focus on developing hypotheses, running experiments, analyzing performance, and driving measurable business impact through full product lifecycle.

Location: Primarily remote with 1–2 days per week in São Paulo office. Collaborate with teams across Brazil and the U.S. Fluency in English required.

What you will do

• Identify, prioritize growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, monetization, retention, and funnel performance.
• Develop hypotheses, strategies, success metrics; lead cross-functional execution with product, design, engineering, marketing, analytics.
• Write briefs, create prototypes; own progress, resolve dependencies, make decisions, lead launches and experiments.
• Analyze performance, communicate insights, synthesize customer feedback and data into actionable recommendations.
• Raise quality of thinking and execution across growth team.

Requirements

• 4+ years product management experience, with focus on growth in fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Replit) for prototyping and Figma for design.
• Track record shipping cross-functional initiatives driving business impact.
• Operate independently in ambiguity, partner with design, engineering, analytics, marketing.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills Fluency required.

Nice to have

• Experience as founder or entrepreneur.
• SaaS product management.
• Familiarity with pricing, packaging, monetization, conversion optimization.
• AB testing, product analytics, data analysis.
