What you will do

• Lead commercial execution and GTM strategy for the core PaaS platform to drive expansion and modernization.
• Manage high-stakes product lifecycle transitions for enterprise-grade solutions while maintaining customer trust.
• Partner with Account Management and Customer Success to drive renewal and expansion strategies.
• Mentor and elevate the product management team by sharing expertise and raising the standard of work.
• Navigate complex customer escalations and competitive threats to turn friction into trust-building opportunities.
• Build and maintain agentic workflows to scale documentation, competitive intelligence, and field enablement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in PaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or complex B2B Enterprise Software.
• Proven track record of commercial execution including GTM, renewals, and sales enablement.
• Deep experience with enterprise-scale platform migration or transition programs.
• Strong commercial instincts regarding margin analysis, pricing models, and business cases.
• Must be based in Canada or Costa Rica with availability during Eastern Standard Time business hours.
• AI-native working style with experience in agentic workflows and orchestration.
