Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

What you will do

• Develop self-paced learning content that teaches math-first thinking and supply chain engineering workflows, including video courses, written modules, exercises, and toy datasets.
• Build technical training materials covering mathematical modeling, optimization, data science, supply chain planning, and data visualization.
• Contribute to repeatable training modules, playbooks, and structured product curricula.
• Shadow and support in-person and virtual customer workshops.
• Help facilitate technical modeling sessions alongside senior team members.
• Take complex concepts like optimization, forecasting, and AI agents and make them intuitive and actionable for customers.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in mathematical modeling, optimization, data science, industrial engineering, operations research, statistics, or computer science.
• Comfort reasoning about algorithms and translating technical concepts into clear explanations.
• Strong storytelling and teaching instincts: you can make hard things understandable.

Nice to have

• Experience creating educational content, writing technical docs, or presenting to non-expert audiences.
