Salary: $100,000 – $140,000

What you will do

• Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex school districts.
• Create and execute professional development plans aligned with district goals.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including principals and teachers.
• Travel within the Bay Area (40-60%) for hands-on support and classroom visits.
• Collaborate with Sales to grow partnerships and support pilot programs.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Experience as a school/district administrator or extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences.
• Experience leading instructional initiatives or curriculum adoption.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and develop implementation plans.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
