TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Lima, Peru, with regular travel across the country required.

What you will do

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the mining sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in copper concentrator operations.
  • Perform mill liner wear monitoring and provide technical reporting to support engineering teams.
  • Manage sales pipelines and customer data using Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate operational challenges into practical technical solutions.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and adjust sales strategies to meet budget targets.

Requirements

  • Technical or engineering background (Mechanical, Industrial, Mining, or related fields).
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or technical customer-facing roles.
  • Mandarin Chinese: Intermediate to Advanced proficiency required.
  • English: Intermediate level required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in dynamic, field-based environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the mining industry or similar heavy industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing technical sales accounts.
