What you will do

• Manage and coordinate in-house installation engineers and third-party subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain an optimal balance of resources to ensure cost efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee daily and weekly installation schedules to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Ensure all installations comply with Health & Safety policies and technical acceptance criteria.
• Monitor and audit installation quality to reduce defects and rework.
• Analyze cost trends and report on budget performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing field engineers in telematics or automotive electronics.
• Demonstrable Health & Safety management experience.
• Experience in subcontractor management and supplier performance monitoring.
• Full driving licence required.
• Strong financial awareness and experience in operational cost management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams across direct and third-party partners.
