What you will do

• Serve as the primary in-country technical interface for the regional SSDS team.
• Execute field and remote missions across Europe to resolve complex technical incidents and reduce vehicle downtime.
• Diagnose advanced electrical, electronic, and multiplexing faults using OEM tools such as wiTECH POD and DiagBOX VCI.
• Analyze systemic vehicle problems and define containment and corrective actions.
• Lead and coach the local Swift-Dealers team, providing on-the-job training and knowledge transfer.
• Produce detailed technical reports and incident summaries for engineering, quality, and aftersales stakeholders.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in vehicle repair and diagnosis within the automotive sector.
• Proven track record of resolving complex electrical/electronic faults using OEM diagnostic platforms.
• Strong theoretical and practical understanding of powertrain, chassis, ADAS, and CAN/LIN/FlexRay systems.
• Proficiency in reading electrical wiring diagrams and OEM technical documentation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders or leading technical workstreams.
• Ability to perform field missions throughout Europe.
