Location: Must be based in Hod-Hasharon, Israel (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Provide ongoing integration and maintenance of hirify.global OTA solutions.
• Own and lead complex technical problems and escalations for strategic accounts.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor and enhance application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in the requirements and architecture process.
• Provide 24/7 support as part of an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in the software industry in customer-oriented roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of Linux system administration and scripting.
• In-depth understanding of web technologies, server architecture, and networking principles.
• Proficiency in managing SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent English communication skills for customer service.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Experience with C/C++, Perl, Python, and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of security principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch and Postgres.
