What you will do

• Lead the project team from an engineering perspective, managing prioritization, planning, and execution of activities.
• Oversee the development, industrialization, and continuous improvement of Engine Cooling Systems.
• Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to resolve technical, performance, quality, and durability issues.
• Coordinate global projects and communicate technical requirements across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-8 years of engineering experience, preferably within the automotive industry or heat exchanger development.
• Strong knowledge of Heat Exchanger design, validation, and thermodynamics theory.
• Proficiency in GD&T and automotive industry standards.
• Proven experience in Product Development and Production Launch.
• Must not require sponsorship for employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visas.
