What you will do
- Serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for a portfolio of FSO and clearance clients.
- Conduct proactive engagement meetings to understand client priorities, operational challenges, and growth strategies.
- Monitor client satisfaction and coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns and improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and cross-selling across ISI offerings.
- Track client activity, relationship history, and strategic opportunities within CRM systems.
- Support the development of scalable client engagement processes and relationship management standards.
Requirements
- United States Citizenship required.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or GovCon relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with executives and operational stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and documentation processes.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting government contractors, FSOs, or cleared environments.
- Familiarity with DCSA processes, CMMC, NIST 800-171, or MSP environments.
- Experience conducting executive business reviews and strategic account planning.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Halo platforms.
