Focus on identifying expansion opportunities, coordinating cross-functional operational support, and strengthening partnership models within the government contracting community.

Location: Must be a United States Citizen. Hybrid work opportunities available.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for a portfolio of FSO and clearance clients.
  • Conduct proactive engagement meetings to understand client priorities, operational challenges, and growth strategies.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and cross-selling across ISI offerings.
  • Track client activity, relationship history, and strategic opportunities within CRM systems.
  • Support the development of scalable client engagement processes and relationship management standards.

Requirements

  • United States Citizenship required.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or GovCon relationship management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with executives and operational stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and documentation processes.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting government contractors, FSOs, or cleared environments.
  • Familiarity with DCSA processes, CMMC, NIST 800-171, or MSP environments.
  • Experience conducting executive business reviews and strategic account planning.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Halo platforms.
