What you will do

• Own the delivery schedule and milestone health across teams and domains, surfacing risks early.
• Manage the cross-team dependency map and broker resolutions to ensure pipeline throughput.
• Maintain real-time capacity planning and throughput reporting to enable honest leadership commitments.
• Design and implement lightweight coordination mechanisms for autonomous teams to maintain coherence.
• Govern the six-phase PDLC process, ensuring criteria are applied and the process evolves with the organization.
• Coordinate launch readiness in partnership with PM, ensuring GTM alignment and support enablement.

Requirements

• 10+ years in program management or delivery management within a software product organization.
• Experience leading and developing a team of Program Management ICs.
• Track record of building delivery tracking and capacity systems that provide actual utility.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional resistance to process change.
• Active user of AI tools in daily work.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lehi or St. George, Utah.

Nice to have

• Prior technical or engineering management background.
• Experience building a Program Management function from scratch.
• Clear perspective on the evolution of program management for faster delivery cycles.
