What you will do

• Own the technical relationship with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop deep expertise in product capabilities, integrations, and the competitive landscape.
• Provide market feedback to the product team to help prioritize functionality.
• Support customers through their trial process and technical evaluations.
• Build product examples, documentation, and other critical resources.
• Identify and drive new programs to improve the pre-to-post-sales transition.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a solutions or sales engineer.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and major operating systems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to operate in a startup environment.
• General knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Ruby, Bash, or JavaScript.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity space.
• Demonstrated curiosity and responsible use of AI to improve efficiency.
