What you will do

• Lead, train, and coach a team of Solutions Engineers, including those at the Enterprise level.
• Conduct custom product demonstrations tailored to customer business processes and workflows to support sales efforts.
• Implement and enforce processes to reduce onboarding rejection rates and improve sales close rates.
• Monitor and report operational and financial KPIs to senior management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Pro Sales and Enterprise teams to resolve technical and functional challenges.
• Manage responses to technical and functional elements of RFIs and RFPs.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer role at a SaaS company.
• 1-2 years of experience in a management role is preferred.
• Proven track record of success in SaaS sales and technical communication.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a business context.
• Must be based in the United States.
