What you will do

• Lead financial reporting and analysis for the global supply chain function to boost margins and operational efficiency.
• Manage annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across cross-functional teams.
• Provide detailed monthly analysis on freight, warehousing, inventory, and overhead costs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing to improve working capital and monitor capital investments.
• Develop scenario analyses and financial models to accelerate leadership decision-making.
• Champion automation in reporting and deliver financial education sessions to build team capability.

Requirements

• Must hold full, unrestricted Australian working rights and be based in Australia.
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial planning or operational finance, ideally within heavy engineering or manufacturing.
• Hands-on expertise in cost accounting, inventory analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Track record of leading process improvements and driving value creation.
• CPA or CA qualification is preferred.
