What you will do

• Lead mid-year re-forecasting and budgeting processes to keep the business on track.
• Analyze supply chain initiatives to quantify value and optimize logistics/inventory.
• Prepare month-end management reports explaining performance drivers.
• Identify budget variances, collaborate with teams on mitigation plans.
• Facilitate financial literacy sessions with non-finance stakeholders.
• Improve financial systems and processes using ERP tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia for remote work
• Solid FP&A experience in forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of supply chain financial flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems.
