TL;DR
Director, Corporate FP&A (Fintech): Owns the company-wide FP&A function, serving as a strategic partner to the SVP of Finance and leadership team with an accent on corporate financial model, forecast accuracy, and annual planning. Focus on building an AI-enabled tech stack and integrating AI tools into the FP&A workflow to drive sharper decisions across the company.
Location: Hybrid in New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week. May be eligible for relocation assistance to the US.
Salary: $212,000 - $265,000 USD (Tier 1 markets: NYC/Bay Area)

What you will do
- Own 's corporate financial model and consolidated forecast end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Lead the annual planning process, partnering closely with department leaders.
- Own the monthly FP&A cadence, including close-to-forecast cycles and variance analysis.
- Partner with the SVP of Finance and Strategic Finance team on board materials and investor updates.
- Evaluate, select, and operationalize the right FP&A tooling, building an AI-enabled tech stack.
- Coach and develop FP&A talent, raising the analytical bar.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of progressive FP&A experience at high-growth, VC-backed and public companies; IPO experience is a plus.
- Deep expertise in corporate financial modeling, three-statement forecasting, annual planning, and monthly FP&A operations at scale.
- Mastery of Excel and Google Sheets, paired with fluency in modern FP&A platforms.
- Genuine excitement and commitment to using AI as a core part of how the FP&A function operates and scales.
- Exceptional project and process management skills.
