What you will do

• Manage weekly and monthly performance reporting, delivering analysis on CODB, labour, sales, and margin opportunities.
• Support the annual CODB budget and forecast preparation, assessing financial risks and recommending mitigating actions.
• Prepare Capital Expenditure business cases and execute detailed post-implementation reviews.
• Drive the evolution of the Hotel reporting framework to improve system efficiencies and analytical depth.
• Act as a primary commercial partner to State, Operations, and Hotel Managers to guide operational decisions.
• Collaborate across Commercial Finance, FP&A, and Management Accounting teams to strengthen internal processes.

Requirements

• CA/CPA Qualification is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant commercial finance experience, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
• Advanced expertise in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros), SAP, Tableau, TM1, and Google reporting suite.
• Proven ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into simple, actionable insights.
• Strong presentation and storyboarding skills.
• Must be based in Sydney, NSW for hybrid work.
